So every morning usually with the exception to the weekend I blend up a delicious protein shake. I love #Questnutrition products as they are high in protein and low in sugar and carbs. My recent favorite is the Cookies and Cream it’s so good I blend it with a cup of Almond Milk and sometimes add PB2 which is powdered peanut powder and I am off and running.
